| 摘 要： | 首先对产业集群创新进行反思,认为集群创新是企业创新"微观过程"植入集群网络"中观结构"的组织间动态学习过程。按照这一逻辑,提出了分析集群创新的NRC框架,即网络(network)-资源(resource)-(地方)能力(capability)。并进一步阐述了地方能力构成与产业集群演进的动态调适特征。最后运用NRC模型分析了三个不同类型的产业集群案例,认为地方能力发展是动态调适的过程且存在"能力演化陷阱"。
