| 摘 要： | 在创业领域，创业者与创业投资家的关系研究一直是学术界和企业界关注的热点问题。结合创业周期理论构建了创业者与创业投资家的信任发展模型并探索了其测量量表；然后，利用334家风险企业的调查数据，运用结构方程模型验证了初始信任、计算型信任、基于个体的了解型信任和基于组织的了解型信任、基于情感的认同型信任共同构成了信任的5维结构模型，从而为今后的实证研究提供了有力的测量工具；最后，我们还发现，不同发展阶段的信任水平对风险企业获取资源具有重要的影响，进一步丰富了企业资源观在创业领域的理论研究。
