| 摘 要： | 本文重点关注创业组织的人力资源策略和技术策略行为是如何影响创业绩效的。研究采用多层次问卷测量法,检验了高技术企业创业策略与创业成长绩效的关系模型,研究指出不同人力资源策略和技术策略行为的选择显著影响创业成长绩效。
