| 摘 要： | 自主创新是中国企业在国际市场上提升竞争地位的国家战略。由于我国企业的技术能力较低，为了有效的实施自主创新，企业一方面需要通过技术合作快速地学习、提高自身的技术能力，另一方面企业需要通过合理的内部控制机制来促进自主创新的有效开展。在以往研究的基础上，本文提出了技术合作、技术能力和自主创新这一链式过程的研究框架，分别讨论了企业间合作的控制方式对企业技术能力积累的影响作用，以及企业内部控制机制对实现自主创新的影响作用。

| Abstract: | Indigenous innovation is national strategy that Chinese firms enhance the competitive marketplace.To implement innovation,firms must quickly promote technological capabilities.Based on previous research,the research framework of technological cooperation,technological capabilities and indigenous innovation is proposed.How does the interfirms control mechanisms affect on technological capabilities,further the effect of internal control mechanisms on indigenous innovation is discussed. |
