| 摘 要： | 国家自然科学基金是政府资助基础研究的主要渠道之一。随着我国基础研究资助格局的变化和学科发展的要求,国家自然科学基金委员会应重新调整其资助政策。重视"战略"而非"平衡"、重视"基础"而非"尖端"、重视"探索"而非"任务",是作者提出的主要的政策建议。

| Abstract: | National Science Foundation of China(NSFC) is one of the major channels for government to support basic research. Along with the new changes of national subsidizing pattern to basic research, as well as the development of new disciplines, NSFC's policy was challenged for its inflexibility. The authors suggested that new policies should be strategic rather than balance-pursued, be basic rather than highly toped, be explore-oriented rather than task-oriented. |
