| Abstract: | At first, this paper reviews and evaluates the related researches on the efficiency of regional (S&T) resource allocation. And it also recalculates and analyzes the efficiency of regional (S&T) resource allocation on the basis of improved methods. At last the paper makes conclusions and puts forwards some puzzles to be further solved. |
