The pattern of R&D management of multinational corporations in China |

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the multinational corporations' R&D units in China , describes their pattern of R&D management from the structure , management system and utilization of outside resources, analyzes the infection of China's entry to WTO on multinational corporations' R&D activities. Based on this, it provides the suggestion for R&D activities of China's mainland corporations. |
