| 摘 要： | 加入世界贸易组织 (WTO)加速了中国高等教育国际化的进程 ,同时使中国大学的外部环境发生着深刻的变化。本文根据组织环境分析框架 ,对加入WTO后我国大学环境的变迁进行了思考 ,分析了加入WTO后大学宏观环境和竞争环境的可能变化。建议以大学管理变革迎接WTO带来的环境变迁 ,尽快建立灵活的大学管理机制 ,及早完善大学的管理体制 ,以应对WTO带来的挑战和威胁。

The entry into WTO and the outer environment change of Chinese universities |

| Abstract: | The entry into WTO accelerates the internationalization of Chinese higher education, and causes a profound change of the outer environment of Chinese universities. Based on the framework for analyzing organizational environment and associated with the entry into WTO, the change of the outer environment of Chinese universities was thought about, the possible changes of the macro-environment and the competition environment was analyzed. To meet the challenges and the threatens after China enters WTO, it is suggested that Chinese universities should transform their management model, and found a flexible management mechanism, and improve the management system as early as possible. |
