| 摘 要： | 创业导向是战略管理和创业研究的交叉研究领域。对创业导向影响因素相关研究进行了综述，以我国转型期经济为背景，以工业设计服务业为调查对象，样本来自北京、西安等15个城市127家工业设计服务企业，从外部环境因素、企业内部因素和战略因素三方面构建了创业导向影响因素理论框架。实证研究结果表明：政策工具的多样化、政策参与主体的多元化和网络合作都有利于提高工业设计服务业创业导向水平；企业规模与企业年龄均与创业导向呈负相关关系，国有及国有控股企业的创业导向水平高于非国有及国有控股企业；设计人员的受教育程度与创业导向正相关；设计人员的更替频率与创业导向呈倒置的U型关系；金融资本获得对创业导向各维度的影响作用不同。最后对促进我国工业设计服务业的发展提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial orientation(EO) is a cross-field between strategic management and entrepreneurship.Data were collected from 127 design industry firms in transitional economy of China.Antecedents of EO were discussed from external factors,internal factors and strategic factors.Empirical results show that: policy diversification,policy multiplication,and network collaboration has positive effects on EO.Firm size and firm age have negative effects on EO.State-owned enterprise has higher EO than private enterpr... |
