| 摘 要： | 发展风险投资必须面对风险投资的发展方向和风险投资运行的有效性问题。基于整全性视角来看,风险投资需要在创新网络中运行才能够充分发挥作用。创新网络作为一个内含技术网络、社会网络和交易网络的"三网"集成体,为风险投资提供了一个有效运行的场域。而风险投资在创新网络中运行的结构化特征表明,技术与资本之间缔结的一体化结构促使创新资本化;社会资本与风险资本所构成的二元资本结构不仅推动了风险投资业的发展,而且社会资本是风险资本网络化运行所凭依的不可缺少的构件;风险投资机构与交易性市场中介组织之间形成的交易网络,其在功能上体现出来的适应性,能够使资本、技术和人力资源充分融合,进而推动着风险投资的有效运行。

| Abstract: | Based on the view of unity and the experience of Silicon Valley, we acknowledge that venture capital should operate in the innovation network, and then it brings into full play in regional economic development. Innovation network includes technological network, social network, and transaction network. In innovation network, the integrated structure shaped by technology and capital helps to bring about the innovation-capitalized, the dual structure of capital constituted by social capital and venture capital pushes the industry of venture capital forward, and transaction network formed by venture capital organizations and market media brings about the adaptation. Innovation network mixes capital, technology and manpower together, and poses a sufficient mechanism of venture capital operation. |
