| 摘 要： | 通过理论研究,深入探讨企业在技术能力演化过程中三个不同阶段的外部知识源特征;然后,通过实例分析,比较几个我国典型企业的外部知识源特征,归纳出两种基本的知识源模式,为我国企业开展技术创新提供可沿引的模式和可借鉴的经验。

| Abstract: | According to the basic models of technological capability evolution in China, the nature and type of knowledge embedded in technology capability at each phase are quite different, and the nature and type of knowledge determine the ways of external knowledge source. Furthermore,through data analysis, we discover that the six firms can be divided into two types: one type consists of Huawei, Changhong, East Com, and WEC, their primary external sources are foreign firms. The second type consists of Haier and ZCH,their primary external knowledge sources are Chinese universities and the institutes of scientific research and customers. |
