| 摘 要： | 以哈尔滨工业大学机器人研究所与奇瑞汽车公司的合作关系为案例,构建了校企知识转移网络,基于该网络对企业员工知识吸收频率、中心性、核心-边缘进行了测度。在此基础上,拓展了“伙伴专属性吸收能力”的概念,提出了“类属吸收能力”的概念;揭示了“自我监控力”、网络中心性与企业员工吸收能力之间的内在关系;阐明了企业员工个体能动性在构建网络过程中的积极作用,以及核心-边缘结构对企业员工吸收能力的影响机理等,并提出了提高企业员工吸收能力的针对性措施。

| Abstract: | This paper focused on the cooperative case of Chery and HIT.We firstly built the knowledge transfer network between Chery employees and HIT researchers,then analyzed Knowledge absorb frequency of employees,centricity of employees and core-edge of network.On that basis,we expanded the concept of "partner-specific absorptive capacity" and raised concept of "kind absorptive capacity",revealed the relationship among "self-monitoring capacity"、 centricity and absorptive capacity,clarified employees take part in the network building actively and the network structure affected absorptive capacity of employees.At the same time,we raised some advises that improve absorptive capacity of employees. |
