| 摘 要： | 国家与企业竞争力的提升越来越依赖无形资本。服务业在推动国家经济发展过程中发挥重要作用。知识密集型服务业(Knowledge-intensive Business Service或KIBS)是现代服务业中最具发展潜力与创新活力的部门,西方学界对它的系统研究自20世纪90年代中期开始,中国理论界于2001年方开始相关研究。目前,对于知识密集型服务业的研究虽取得一定成果但人们对知识密集型服务业本身的概念及分类至今无法达成共识,这不仅是进一步研究的阻碍也将影响中国知识密集型服务业的发展。通过对已有知识密集型服务业概念的搜集、对比分类,发现其各自特征,分析它们的缺陷并挖掘造成缺陷的原因进而对中国知识密集型服务业概念的内涵与外延进行阐述,最后,得出我国知识密集型服务业的五大特征并给出适合目前中国国情的知识密集型服务业概念及具体分类。
