| 摘 要： | 导致联盟失败最关键的因素之一就是联盟伙伴的不匹配。该文章基于文献研究,对战略联盟伙伴选择的特征匹配标准进行要素分析,重点分析了资源互补度、战略目标相容度、文化协同度与联盟前联系度对联盟绩效的影响,并构建联盟伙伴特征匹配状况评价模型;通过实际调研获得的中国企业构建战略联盟的大样本数据,对联盟伙伴特征匹配状况评价模型进行检验。结果显示,资源互补度、文化协同度和联盟前联系度是中国企业构建联盟中最重要的三个伙伴选择指标,而战略目标相容度在中国企业的联盟实践中并不被重视。
