| 摘 要： | 本文对胡锦涛同志关于三类科学技术“协调和集成”思想进行了探讨:论述了三类科技“集成”思想的客观依据、理论渊源和现实基础;揭示现代科学技术体系“一主两翼”的结构及其形成机制和“落实科学发展观”与三类科技“集成”间的非线性关系;阐述三类科技“协调和集成”思想的理论价值和现实意义。

| Abstract: | This article probes into Hu Jintao's thoughts about the harmony and integration of three kinds of science and technology from the following three aspects: Firstly,the objective evidence,theoretical origin and realistic foundation of this thoughts;Secondly,the three-dimensional network structure as well as its developing mechanism of "the main body and its two wings" of modern system of science and technology,and the non-linear relationship between putting the view of scientific development into effect and integrating three kinds of science and technology;Thirdly,the theoretical and realistic value of this kind of thoughts. |
