| 摘 要： | 构建了技术战略对技术创新和组织绩效影响机理的理论模型，选取我国东北部地区105家有代表性的企业作为实证研究对象，对这一理论模型进行了分析和验证。研究结果表明：（1）技术战略对技术创新的直接正向影响并不显著，但对技术能力和网络能力有显著的直接正向影响；（2）技术能力和网络能力对技术创新都有显著的直接正向影响；（3）技术创新对组织绩效有显著的直接正向影响。该实证结果揭示了技术战略对技术创新和组织绩效的影响机理，对于人们正确理解技术战略、技术创新和组织绩效间的内在联系具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The theoretical model of impact mechanism of technology strategy on technology innovation and organizational performance is proposed.By a survey questionnaire and interview with 105 enterprises in northeast China,the theoretical model is empirically analyzed and tested.The results show that:(1) the direct positive impact of technology strategy on technology innovation is not significant,but technology strategy has a significant direct positive impact on both technology capacity and network capacity;(2) both... |
