| 摘 要： | 战略联盟与并购都属于混合安排,但又是两种不同的组织方式,其运作中存在不同的核心风险。战略联盟中的核心风险是关系风险,而并购中的核心风险是整合风险。由于核心风险不同,其控制方式也存在差异。
