| 摘 要： | 在运用管理的计划、组织、控制和领导等职能对区域知识管理进行管理学分析的基础上,提出区域知识管理的基本框架。认为区域知识管理模式包括三个要素环节:知识创造、知识扩散和基础环境。区域知识管理通过区域创新系统这种有效组织形式来实现,建立区域创新环境,促进知识在区域内的创新和扩散,实现区域的竞争和合作,并由此得到区域知识管理的一般模式。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses regional knowledge management. First,the paper will analyze regional knowledge management by using planning,organization,control,leadership as well as communication and bonus in the context of regional characteristics,and provide a framework for regional knowledge management.The model includes three elements: knowledge innovation,knowledge proliferation,and the basic infrastructure.Using the regional innovation system and innovation management models,we establish the infrastructure for regional innovation and enhance the competitive and cooperative position of the region |
