| 摘 要： | 复杂技术是我国这样的后发国家完成追赶过程的难点和关键点。复杂技术创新具有知识复杂性和网络组织特性。因此,复杂技术与创新系统关系密切。本文提出一个以国家创新系统为基础的复杂技术追赶框架,探讨可能的追赶路径。
