| 摘 要： | 将企业的创新活动放在组织化和网络化联系的平台上进行考察 ,分析了企业内部各行为主体在正式和非正式制度安排下可能会产生的不同行为特征 ,阐述了行为主体的互动关系及其内在机制以及在不同条件下对企业创新行为的影响 ,提出组织氛围能够有效地调节行为主体在创新中的互动关系。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes some behavior characteristics which might stem from affecting of firms' formal and informal institutional arrangement by use of a conceptual framework integrating organizational structure and value network analysis to explore firms' innovative practices, and expounds the interactive relationship of action bodies under different institutional arrangement and its running mechanism which mediates firms' innovative practices. It argues that organizational climate can affects innovative behavior of action bodies significantly during the innovative processes. |
