| 摘 要： | 从企业规模、企业类型和市场结构的角度对技术创新进行综述、评论与展望。在对产业从技术和资金的角度进行分类的基础上,认为对于资金敏感型和技术+资金敏感型产业而言,企业规模与技术创新的关系是呈倒U字曲线的。综合考虑市场结构与企业规模,给出不同市场和企业规模下判定企业技术创新能力的一个模型。

| Abstract: | Reviewing the literatures form the aspects of firm size,firm type and market structure,the paper analyses the relationship of firm and market structure and technology innovation.Based the classification to industries by technology-sensitivity and capital-sen- sitivity,the paper deems that in the industry of technology-sensitivity and technology-capital-sensitivity,the relationship between firm size and technology innovation follows inverted-U curve.Jointly considering market structure and firm size,the paper brings out a model to orientate the capability for technology innovation under different market structure and firms size. |
