| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是落实科学发展观的重大战略,是促进发展和深化改革的要求。本文在总结我国改革发展的进程与经验基础上,提出构建社会主义和谐社会必须体现“人本”、“公正”、“法治”、“多元”、“绿色”和促进全面发展的原则,这是符合科学发展观和“五个统筹”基本思想的。
