| 摘 要： | 为规范科学活动中的利益冲突而制定相关政策,是科研机构和管理部门为防止科学的客观性遭受利益冲突的损害而采取的措施。目前美国大多数科研机构和部分期刊已经制定了有关利益冲突的规范,不过因各机构的性质、职能不同,政策的内容及详略程度亦不尽相同。制定利益冲突政策的举措尽管一开始就遭到了广泛批评,但因这一举措建立在大量事实基础之上,其正当性难以被否认。

| Abstract: | The appearance of policies on conflict of interest in the science is a measure which made by scientific research institution and management organization to preventing the harm that incured by conflict of interest to the objectivity of science. In America most of research institution and some of magazines have already adopted such policies on conflict of interest despite its content somewhat different. Though the measure of making the policy of conflict of interest was wildly criticized, its justice was cannot be denied because it was established on the bases of a great deal of facts. |
