| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,上海城市科普事业取得了巨大成绩,目前已迈入公众理解科学阶段,迫切需要建立一套科学合理的评估体系。文章在归纳上海科普事业所取得的主要成绩之后,根据科技评估和科普评估的一般理论,对上海科普工作绩效评估的指标体系、基本理念进行了初步设想,并提出了若干政策建议。

| Abstract: | After 1990s,since its popular science enterprise has developed swiftly and violently remarkably and has stepped into the public to understand the scientific stage,it has had the social basis and the widespread demand to carry out popular science appraisal .It is urgent to establish a set of reasonable science appraisals system~ After inducing the main result which the Shanghai popular sci- ence enterprise obtains,according to the technical appraisal and the evaluation of science popularization general theory,the content frame,the basic idea,the target system and the policy to the evaluation of science popularization have preliminary pondered in this arti- cle. |
