| 摘 要： | 本文认为领先型创业者在该地区的成功创业作为一个典型的示范事件，模仿型创业者借助某种渠道观察到，并在示范事件的影响下，通过创业认知即观察学习，在创业动机的刺激下实施创业决策行为。根据社会学习理论中的观察学习理论，本文提出了基于高技术产业集群的模仿创业决策机理模型，并进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Leading enterprises set up companies in this area,if leading enterprises have succeed eventually and they would be the model,imitated entrepreneurs would observe them through some channels.Because this modeling event produces positive effect,imitated entrepreneurs would observe and learn,and then produce action after stimulating of motivation.According to Social Learning Theory,the paper brings forward the entrepreneurial decision-making mechanism model based on the Hi-tech Industrial Cluster. |
