专利申请量与R&D经费支出关系的研究

摘    要:利用研发大国和研发弱小国两组PCT专利申请量和R&D经费支出数据的统计分析,发现研发大国的专利申请量与应用研究和试验发展经费支出存在显著的正线性相关关系,而研发弱小国的专利申请量则与应用研究和试验发展经费之和存在显著的二次或三次函数关系。表明研发小国应加大应用研究和试验发展的经费支出比例,致力于促进专利申请量的增长,当经济技术发展到一定水平后,应该增加基础研究的投入力度.使三者的投入比例达到一个合理的配置。

Abstract:Using two group data of PCT patent quantity and expenditure on three R&D activities within developed and developing countries,we find out that there is positive linearity between them in developed countries.But there is quadratic or cubic function between PCT patent quantity and the sum of expenditure on applied research and experimental development in developing countries.It has shown that developing countries should take more fund on applied research and experimental development to get more patents.When achieving advanced level,they must increase the proportion of basic research for keeping a sound proportion among them in future.
