| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨了技术创新类型与知识管理类型之间的对应关系,并以新产品开发绩效作为标准来衡量其绩效。为此,我们建立了涵盖性高的分类模型(将技术创新分为渐进型、建构型、模组型和激进型四类;知识管理的方法分为数据库、讨论空间、网络和实时传达四类),并基于在(台湾)制造业进行问卷调查,对上述问题进行实证和理论研究,我们发现技术创新应该采取正确知识管理方法才能取得好的新产品开发绩效。

Research on relation of technology innovation kinds and method of knowledge management |

| Abstract: | This research examines the correlations between "k inds of technology innovation" and "methods of knowledge management", and tak es "the performance of new product R&D" to measure them. Empirical findings su ggest that the concept of kind of technology innovation depend on the "Compone nt Knowledge" and "Architectural Knowledge" enhanced or destroyed. Technology innovation therefore gets four kinds: incremental, architectural, modular and r adical. On the other hand, concept of method of knowledge management is develope d, which depends on "the environment for sharing knowledge" formal or informal and "the source of knowledge" from inside the firm or outside. Knowledge mana gement therefore gets four kinds: database, space for communication, network and real time communication. This paper further studies and tests firms in manufact uring industry in Taiwan, and concludes that every kind of technology innovation prefers its own method of knowledge management to get better performance of new product R&D. |
