| 摘 要： | 从企业自身角度出发,设计包含5个维度的企业核心竞争力评价指标体系。基于这些评价指标,构建一个基于人工智能BP神经网络的专家模型,系统地对企业核心竞争力进行定量分析,为企业竞争战略的制定及实施提供有益的工具。实证研究表明,该指标体系与神经网络专家系统能较好地解决对企业核心竞争力进行评价的问题。

| Abstract: | Core competence is an important factor for modern enterprise to succeed and gain continuous competence advantage,and have received high attention from enterprises and scholars.How to correctly select index and method to assess core competence is a key problem.In order to evaluate the core competence of enterprise properly,a new analysis index system,which includes five elements is put forward.A judging method of Artificial Neural Network Expert Model is put forward in this paper.This paper systematically evaluates enterprise core competence based on the method and provide important basis to establish and actualize enterprise competition strategy for enterprise policy-makers.The application shows that the index system and expert system can evaluate the core competence of enterprise effectively. |
