| 摘 要： | 学习代理已经成为中小企业知识吸收的主要来源。本研究对学习代理内涵进行了界定,明确了学习代理行为主体、学习代理内容以及知识来源。然后根据学习代理的两个阶段,提出了知识获取阶段学习代理人的三种外部代理模式以及知识分享阶段学习代理人的两种二次学习模式,对基于学习代理的中小企业知识吸收过程进行了深入剖析,最后运用华星公司案例从实践角度进行了理论验证。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of learning agent is a critical way that the $MEs learn from the knowledge sources outside the enterprises in the learning process.The research starts from discussing the meaning of the mechanism of the learning agent,defines the conception of learning agent and analyzes the components.Then the paper suggests that the mechanism of the learning agent is a two-phrase process,with three patterns of the learning agent in the first phrase and two pattern of the second learning in the second phrase.A case was offered to prove the theory mentioned above. |
