| 摘 要： | 软件规模估计是CMMI成熟度三级项目策划过程域的基础，是影响软件项目成败的关键因素之一。合理的软件规模估计是保证软件项目符合预算和进度要求的前提条件。描述了基于CMMI模型的软件项目估计，提供了5种软件规模估计方法及相关过程，并对各种方法的应用范围进行了分析。提出的5种软件规模估计方法为制定合理可行的软件开发计划提供了有力的支持。

| Abstract: | Software project estimation is the base of software project planning KPA of CMMI level 3,and it is one of important parts in the success of software development. Proper estimation is the precondition which ensure budget and scheduleof software project. Described the process of CMMI 3 based software project estimation,introduced five estimation methods and its process of software project,and analyzed its application area for every estimation method. The research providesstrong supports for effectively planning and managing software project, and making reasonable software development plan. |
