| 摘 要： | 教学资源共享、信息交流、网上教学和远程教育是21世纪教育所呈现的新特点。网络教育不断发展的今天，在课程教学中如何利用网络这一媒体手段来促进教师教学和学生学习的双赢显得尤为重要。主要从为什么要建设课程资源管理平台，课程资源管理平台的研究内容、系统功能设计与分析，以及研究课程资源管理平台的意义等几个方面对艺术设计专业课程资源管理平台的设计与开发进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Education teaching resources sharing, information communication, online teaching and distance education are the 21st century education characteristics. Today, how to use network in our course teaching to improve teachers＂ teaching and students＂ learning is especially important, this article mainly discusses four parts-the purpose of construction of course resources management platform; the research content of course resources management platform; the design and analysis of the platform system function, the meaning of studying course resources management platform. |
