摘 要: | 随着微波技术的应用越来越广泛,工艺要求也越来越高,大功率稳定微波电源应运而生。介绍了一种利用单片机控制的大功率微波电源,其在该单片机的控制下可安全稳定地运行,并具有功率设定、故障处理、输出功率可调以及实时输出功率显示等功能。

Abstract: | With more and more widespread application of microwave technology ,process requirements are also improved , so stable power microwave power emerged .Introduces a high-power microwave source which was controlled by SCM .Mi-crowave power can operate safely and stablely under the control of the SCM ,and has the functions of power setting ,trou-bleshooting ,adjustable output power and output power real-time display . |
