| 摘 要： | 运用元极图理论分析了生产管理系统，指出生产过程对应于皇极，通过皇极调控物质流动（阳）信息流动（阴）、生产能力平衡（阳中阴）、生产作业进度安排（阴中阳），就能实现最佳的（生产周期、信息）和量（生产量、物），获得良好的经济效益，大连罗姆电子有限公司电容制造部的生产实践验证了上述观点。

| Abstract: | The production management is analyzed by Yuanji Chart theory. It points out that the control of the process of production corresponds with Huangji, and through Huangji adjusts the substance flow (Yang), information flow (Yin), production capacity balance (Yin in Yang), the arrangement of production pace (Yang in Yin), and thus the best time (production cycle, information) and quantity ( production capacity, products) are gained as well as good economic profits. The production practice of the capacitor department in Rohm Electronic Co. Ltd. proves the above-mentioned ideas. |
