| 摘 要： | 论述了浏览器/服务器（B/S）结构、J2EE体系、MySQL数据库等关键技术,重点研究了系统的体系结构、功能和数据库的设计。通过对高校科研管理工作的信息化研究,有效提高了科研管理工作效率,对基于Web的高校科研管理信息系统的开发提供了一种解决方案。
