基于单片机的油井实时监测系统设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种基于单片机PIC16F877的油井实时监测系统。该系统能够分时采样获取油井下电动潜油泵的两路压力、两路温度、漏电流和振动参数,并利用其内部的ADC转换器将模拟信号进行量化处理转换为数字信号。为了保证采集信号的精确度,系统采用去极值求平均值滤波算法对采集到的数字信号量进行滤波处理,最终将油井下实时信息显示到主界面上,同时具有报警功能。实验结果表明,本系统对井下各信息的采集具有高精确度和实时性,并取得了较满意的控制效果。

Design and Realization of the Oil Well Real-Time Monitoring System Based on Micro-Controller Unit
Abstract:This paper introduces the oil weft real-time monitoring system based on micro controller unit PIC16F877 . The system can he used on electric submersible pump to achieve two-way pressure, two-way temperature,leakage current, and vibration sig- nals in real-time acquisition, and use its internal ADC converter, which convertes and quantifies the analog signal to the digital signal. In order to guarantee the accuracy of the sampled signal. The system uses the averaging signal without extreme value fil- tering algorithm for filtering the sampled digital signal, and displaying the real-time oil well informations ultimately to tile main interface with alarm function. The experimental resuhs show that the system which has high accuracy and real-time advantage at the oil well informaftons collection, and have achieved satisfactory control effect.
