| 摘 要： | 针对《数据库技术与理论》课程,从该课程的培养目标、授课内容、讲解法、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行了改革探索。根据人力资源管理专业特点和学生兴趣制订多层次培养目标,依据培养目标制订授课内容,根据该专业学生特点对授课内容采用＂三段式＂讲解法,教学方法采用项目驱动法和问题导入法,课程考核采用笔试和课程设计相结合的方式。
