| 摘 要： | 开放存取是一种学术信息共享的自由理念和出版机制，它迎合了网络时代学术信息交流的特点。OA学术期刊出版是学术交流的一种全新的、高效的出版模式。本文介绍了开放存取的概念、特征和产生的背景，并在此基础上进一步提出OA学术期刊出版模式面临的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Open Access is a free conception and publishing mechanism for the sharing of scholarly information resources, which meets the characteristics of information communication in the network age. OA journals publishing is a new efficient academic publishing mode. This article introduces what is the Open Access Movement and its characteristics and developing background, and based on this further points out several important problems which exist in OA Academic journals publishing mode. |
