| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了信息资源均衡配置的内涵,分析了信息资源均衡配置的两个基本维度:公平维度与效率维度.进而构建基于公平与效率的信息资源均衡配置模型,并指出信息资源均衡配置必须采取政府宏观调控与市场调节相结合的模式,以实现公平与效率的有机统一.

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the connotation of balanced allocation of information resources,ana-lyzes the two basic dimensions of balanced allocation of information resources: fairness and efficiency,and constructs balanced allocation model of information resources based on fairness and efficiency.In order to realize the unification of fairness and efficiency,the balanced allocation of information re-sources needs the combination of government macro-control with market regulation. |
