| 摘 要： | 信息化发展水平已经成为衡量国家或区域竞争力的重要标志。本文根据国家信息化指标体系以及信息化的6要素制定了信息化评价指标，并对全国各省市信息化建设进行测度，分析其发展水平。

| Abstract: | The information-based development level has already become the important sign of weighing the country or the regional competitiveness.Have made the information-based evaluation index in the foundation national information-based index system of this text and six key elements of the informationization,and estimate the information construction of the provinces and cities in the whole country,analyse its development level. |
