| 摘 要： | 团队认知是团队知识共享的核心过程机制。本文主要从团队共享心智模型与交互记忆系统两个维度来考察团队认知对虚拟团队知识共享的影响,并依据相关理论,从团队沟通以及团队虚拟性两方面构建了团队认知的前置因素,进而构建了本文的假设模型。最后,利用结构方程对假设模型进行了检验,结果表明,团队认知对团队知识共享具有显著影响。
