| 摘 要： | 以概念格理论为基础,借助形式概念分析的方法对社区用户在虚拟社区中的被动知识行为构建用户被动知识诉求概念格,以概念格呈现的用户兴趣点揭示社区用户被动知识诉求的共性和差异,并基于概念格进行关联规则挖掘,尝试探索建立推式模式的社区用户知识服务模型。

| Abstract: | Based on concept lattice theory, this article constructs concept lattice of passive knowledge demands of users' knowledge actions in virtual community by formal concept analysis, and reveals the similarities and differences of user's passive knowledge demands using user's interest in concept lattice. It mines association rules based on concept lattice, and attempts to establish the service model of knowledge to community users. |
