| 摘 要： | 如何围绕重点学科、重大项目、资深专家开展竞争情报服务是高校图书馆不得不面对的一个实际问题.本文针对以往按学科分配学科馆员往往造成力量分散、难有成效的局面.提出了一种基于知识库的竞争情报服务模式,并以"化学药物知识库"的建设为例进行了实证研究.结果表明,基于知识库的竞争情报服务模式不仅有利于积累知识和培养专业服务团队.而且对提高服务水平、扩大服务影响也具有重要的推动作用.
