| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了网络公司的发展现状及经营中存在的主要问题，并基于盈利模式的相关理论，分析了盈利模式的构成要素及盈利模式构建的问题，最后结合典型案例进行了实证分析。本文的研究将对我国网络公司的运营产生一定的推动作用。
