| 摘 要： | 通过抽取情景共性要素及要素关系提出情景元模型,在此基础上提出具体领域的基于知识元的情景概念模型,而决策人员面对的具体情景则是对情景概念模型的实例化。本研究一方面有利于应用计算机进行情景模拟的研究实现,另一方面也可以提供决策人员在决策时所需的信息,降低决策时所面对的不确定性,为进一步针对情景进行非常规突发事件的应对提供基础。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we build scenario metamodel by exacting scenario factors and relations of scenario factors,and then build scenario conceptual model based on knowledge elements in the specific area.The specific scenario decision makers faced with is an instance of the conceptual model.The research not only enable the scenario simulation through computers,but also provide the information needed to decision makers,which will reduce the uncertainty the decision makers faced with.The research will provide the basis of unconventional emergency response based on scenario. |
