| 摘 要： | 提出咨询业发展与产业结构优化升级存在着互动关系。咨询业发展通过推动第三产业内部结构高级化和推动其他产业发展来推动产业结构优化升级,产业结构优化升级对咨询业发展的推动作用体现在第三产业战略地位的提升有助于推动咨询业发展和其他产业的发展,同时其他产业的发展促进了社会总体咨询需求的增长。
