| 摘 要： | 本文通过《SCI》收集中国专利被科技论文引用情况的数据，对其进行分析、统计，试图探索中国专利技术被科学研究利用的情况及规律．得出结论：IPC为C部的中国专利被引用次数最高，中国专利被主要用于化学方面的研究；被引用的专利主要是高等院校及中科院研究所申请的，中国专利被国外引用较少；专利公开后2－3年首次被他人引用，首次被引用后2－3年达到被引用次数的高峰。

| Abstract: | This paper explored the extent and the regulation of Chinese patents cited by lscience citation index), the result revealed that patents classified in the C section of IPC were cited most. The articles in chemistry area have the most citations to Chinese patents. reghly cited patentees were listed. The delay of citing to Chinese patents from issuing them was also measured. |
