| 摘 要： | 知识管理与高技术企业技术创新模式具有较强的耦合性。一方面,知识管理水平的提高能够影响高技术企业技术创新模式的选择;另一方面,技术创新模式的演进也会促进高技术企业知识管理水平的提高。因此,应该从两者的耦合性上把握知识管理与技术创新的关系,并将知识管理的重点聚焦在推动技术创新模式的演进上,进而全面提升技术创新绩效。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the knowledge management and the mode of the technological innovation in high-tech firms shows obvious feature of coupling.On one hand,the capacity of knowledge management will influence the mode by which the technological innovation is achieved;on the other hand,the evolution of the mode of technological innovation will enhance the lever of the knowledge management vice versa.Consequently,the relationship between the innovative mode and the knowledge management should be mastered in the view of the coupling.In addition,the concern of the knowledge management should focus on the improvement of the evolution of the innovative mode,and enhance the innovative performance systematically. |
