| 摘 要： | 本文从主体、客体和环境三个方面分析了影响FDI企业隐性知识流动的主要因素，并对这些因素如何作用于隐性知识的流动进行了深层次分析，理清了FDI企业隐性知识流动的路径，从而为促进我国内外资企业之间的隐性知识流动提供智力支持。

| Abstract: | From three aspects of main actor, object and environment, this paper discriminates the main factors which affect tacit knowledge flow of the FDI enterprise, and deeply analyzes how the factors act on the tacit knowledge flow, furthermore clears up the path of tacit knowledge flow of the FDI enterprise, thus provides the intelligence support for promoting the tacit knowledge flow between domestic and foreign companies. |
