| 摘 要： | 战争游戏法的有效实施有赖于正确的分析框架。基于五力模型的战争游戏法分析框架是企业分析产业环境的有力工具。在分析五力模型内涵的基础上,以案例的形式阐述了五力模型作为战争游戏法分析框架的实际应用。
