| 摘 要： | 随着网络化的发展，各种侵权行为层出不穷，侵权手段多种多样，各种网上产权争议也此起彼伏，本文通过对传统知识产权与网络环境下6知识亲以的形态及内容的分析，阐述了知识产权保护面临的一些问题，从而提出几个见解。
